Interface Analysis / Usernomics can provide a human factors perspective to your legal issues.

IAA provides expert evaluation and expert witness testimony, with an emphasis on product liability, personal injury, and patent infringement cases in both the human factors and ergonomics domains. Legal topics include, but are not limited to: medical devices, medication errors, automobile and aviation accidents, personal injury, signage, consumer product safety, computer input devices, ergonomic conditions, ergonomic products, slips/falls and workplace safety.

Dr. Anthony Andre

Dr. Anthony Andre holds a Ph.D. in Human Factors, is a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) and is the incoming President of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. He has experience consulting to attorneys and provided expert testimony, for both plaintiffs and defendants.

IAA provides regulatory guidance to many of its clients, particularly related to the medical/healthcare domain and the FDA. We help clients understand the regulatory requirements related to human factors and ergonomics, and to design, evaluate and validate products to meet regulatory criteria for usability and safety.
