Hardware. This is where the user is first introduced to the product. The controls, layout, icons and labels have to be meaningful, direct and clear. At Interface Analysis Associates, we have developed hardware user interfaces for a variety of products, including advanced Internet telephones, cameras, caller ID, torque wrench control systems, medical devices, automatic chemical dispensers, mice, trackballs, and keyboards just to name a few.
