Lead business development efforts to increase visibility and name recognition for ergonomic services. Sell new work to existing and future customers, including conducting sales calls, writing proposals, and conducting follow up.
· Develop and implement various ergonomic tools and systems within EORM and in support of client needs.
· Mentor consultants in ergonomic practices and theories to broaden business opportunities.
· Oversee and act as a qualified reviewer of all ergonomic related programs for client readiness.
· Perform ergonomic evaluations and provide recommendations using tools and systems for various client environments, including office, manufacturing, and
laboratory.
· Perform project management on large ergonomic and EHS projects and internal customer management.
· Supervise between three and five technical employees.
· Identify new hires, participate in the interview process
Candidate might also:
· Develop and implement written EHS programs.
· Perform EHS audits.
· Schedule evaluations and work with client’s employees directly in a professional manner.
· Work effectively to integrate health and safety into the fabric and culture of the client site while working as an outsourced consultant. Leverage safety and
health program to build morale and increase productivity of the employees and the operation. Build effective working relationships with department managers
such as engineering and manufacturing.

This individual will make independent decisions on ergonomic and EHS problems and methods. Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent
evaluation and selection of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Will carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or
improved techniques. The consultant may be required to work with or in an environment that contains chemicals or hazardous materials. May also be required to lift sampling or other analytical instrumentation up to 25 pounds., and assist in hiring decisions.

Requirements :
Successful candidate will have a BS in Ergonomics, Human Factors, or a science-related field or equivalent work experience. A MS in a science-related
field or MBA is desirable. One of the following certifications is required: Certified Professional Ergonomist, Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or
Associate Safety Professional (ASP). Minimum 7 years experience in ergonomics with a strong EHS background is required. Supervisory and project management
experience is needed. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), supervisory experience, and
business development and sales experience are needed. Basic computer skills, with experience in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are desired.
Candidate must be a motivated self-starter while effectively and assertively communicating ergonomics and EHS expectations.
